About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and personable Enrolments Officer to join a growing early childhood organisation in Bondi Junction. This is a unique chance to be part of the launch of a brand-new early learning service, helping families find the right care solution while playing a key role in the centre's growth and success. Offering a competitive salary of $100,000 plus up to $30,000 in commissions, this role is ideal for someone with experience in the early childhood sector who enjoys building relationships. you will be responsible for managing a high volume of enquiries and guiding families through the enrolment journey from their first interaction through to securing their place at the centre. Key Responsibilities Managing new family enquiries via phone & email Arranging centre tours and showcasing the service to prospective families Guiding families through the enrolment process from enquiry through to commencement Building strong relationships with families and maintaining excellent customer service Following up leads and converting enquiries into enrolments Maintaining accurate enrolment records and database management Working closely with the leadership team to achieve occupancy targets Representing the centre professionally within the local community About You Previous experience within the early childhood sector is highly regarded Experience in enrolments, administration, customer service, sales, family liaison, or centre operations is desirable Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Confident, professional, and relationship-focused Strong organisational and time management abilities Comfortable working towards occupancy and enrolment goals Proficient with computer systems and administration tasks What's on Offer? $100,000 annual salary super Opportunity to earn up to $20,000 in commission Monday to Friday role – no weekends Work with a growing organisation opening multiple new centres Genuine career progression opportunities Be part of a brand-new service from the ground up Supportive leadership team and positive workplace culture Remain within the early childhood sector without direct childcare responsibilities Apply now If you're passionate about the early childhood industry, love building relationships, and are looking for an exciting career opportunity with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
